I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and am primarily self-taught although I
have had some formal training. My tastes are as varied as can be which tends to
manifest as a rather eclectic style, obviously. My absolute favorite artist is
Georgia O'Keeffe. What an amazing woman on so many levels.
I just discovered needle felting in fall 2007 but I'm totally addicted! It's so tactile and versatile. It feels wonderful to work with (stabbing incidents aside) and it responds like no other medium. The variety of work from other needle felters is absolutely amazing, inspiring and challenges me to push to the next level. |
